PLS will be upgrading our version of the Evergreen software from version 2.7 to 2.10.4 on the evening of Wednesday, June 15.
This requires taking down all Evergreen services, including all staff client functions and the online catalog. Evergreen servers could be down all evening but should be ready when libraries open Thursday morning.

Post upgrade library tasks
If you have not already done so, install the latest version of the Evergreen client manually download and install the client.
- All existing receipt and printer settings will transfer over.

Register workstation with the new staff client
Exisiting workstations should not need to be registered, they will transfer over with the upgrade. In case a workstation does need to be registered, see:
Configure receipt templates
If you are currently using the PLS default templates OR have saved local customizations, these will be saved in your local profile and will not need to be reapplied or exported/imported. To view and manage receipt temlates, see:

Printer settings are saved in your local profile. To view and manage printer settings, see:
Barcodes scanners are "plug and play" devices. Settings are configured for brand new scanners only, to set beeps, scan behavior, etc. To reconfigure scanner settings, see:
Libraries using Evergreen self-check stations should not have to do anything.
